- Prices are shown exclusive of VAT and are subject to change.
- Payment shall be made in advance of the course date. Reservations booked but unpaid may be cancelled at any time by Rowan Public Affairs.
- Clients may cancel a reservation 4 weeks in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made after this date attract the full fee. Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Clients may be able to move the reservation to a later date by prior agreement and upon payment of an agreed fee.
- Bookings are transferrable. We would respectfully request that details of course attendees are notified to us as far in advance as possible.
- Rowan Public Affairs will issue a full refund if it needs to cancel a booking unless clients wish to transfer to another date. Clients will be notified in writing as far in advance as possible.
- Rowan Public Affairs accepts no liability for losses arising from attendance at an event, excluding those losses incurred by proven negligence in which case a limit of £500 applies in aggregate.
- Rowan Public Affairs reserve the rights relating to intellectual property contained in the training materials unless expressly stated otherwise.
